Everything is perfect, I loved warm room and good location. The employees are affable and amicable. The breakfast is satisfactory and the views of sea are pleasant. The hotel is definitely recommended to all.

the service wasn't up to par, with significant delays in room readiness and a lack of attention to fixing issues, such as broken air conditioning. The lack of room service and trash collection was also inconvenient.

Complementary hot tea and biscuits at check-in was a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located close to all the main attractions and very near to the beach. the room was spacious and had a great view of the city from the window.

The service was terrible, the staff was unhelpful and unapologetic. the air conditioner in our room was broken and despite repeated complaints, they didn't fix it or even offer us a new room.
